Executive Assistant
Full service creative agency is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with the President and Chief Creative Officer. They are hands-on leaders who need an ambitious, organized right hand to help us grow and thrive. Whether your background is in creative coordination, operations, or executive support, we’re looking for someone who’s excited by the hustle of a boutique shop and wants to be part of building something special.
The Role:
Strategic Leadership Support
You’ll work closely with our executives to support their daily priorities and help them operate effectively – acting as a trusted extension of us so we can scale our impact and best serve our team and growing client base:
- Partner with both executives to understand their needs and manage their calendars and priorities thoughtfully
- Participate in key meetings to help stay on track and ensure thorough follow-through
- Support professional communication with clients, talent, and partners as part of business development, growth and creative execution
- Manage special projects to coordinate schedules and resources for multiple stakeholders
- Help us scale ourselves by being in rooms we can’t be in, moving things forward, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Creative Operations & Team Support
You’ll help ensure our boutique practice runs smoothly while we grow – from managing our office environment to fostering our culture. As we evolve our physical workspace, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our operational and cultural environment. In a small team, everyone wears multiple hats and pitches in where needed:
- Oversee office operations and facilities management to create an inspiring workspace
- Manage day-to-day office needs, from supplies and vendor relationships to maintenance
- Drive team initiatives from offsites and celebrations to workflow improvements
- Optimize processes and implement digital tools and software solutions that streamline our work
- Coordinate team culture and communications, keeping everyone connected in our hybrid environment
- Manage relationships with external partners (HR, accounting, IT) for smooth operations
- Foster our entrepreneurial environment by anticipating needs and maintaining our high-touch culture
Ideal Background:
- 1-3 years in fast-paced, creative environments (production, operations, agencies)
- Experience coordinating creative projects and managing resources
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with project management tools
- High emotional intelligence and good judgment
- Interest in creative strategy and brand building
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders a plus
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Love the energy of a small, growing company
- Get satisfaction from making others’ lives easier
- Have an almost sixth sense for what people need
- Can be both warm and professional
- Take pride in representing others seamlessly
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Can switch between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
- Want to learn every aspect of how a creative business runs
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, 401K
