Client Services Manager

Global Design-Build firm specializing in innovative workplace design is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their New York City office. It is the job of the Client Services Manager to generate new business opportunities; nurture strong relationships with existing clients; and strengthen and promote the brand.

Job Requirements

As Client Services Manager, you are an energetic and ambitious go-getting who isn’t afraid to make waves or push the boundaries to uncover creative new business leads. You will be a mature self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You be self-reflective with an eagerness to learn. You will be persistent yet professional with a strong sense of integrity. You will have exceptional people and communication skills with the ability and desire to build and maintain new relationships.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a Business Development role for an industry related company: MEP; IT; Furniture; Real Estate; Design-Build; Construction

Deep connections in New York City area building market

Active in the market with a deep understanding of the industry

Successful track record or negotiating and closing contracts the win new business

Confidence in speaking with high level executives and delivering presentations/proposals

Demonstrated ability to work both entrepreneurially and collaboratively with a team

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design or similar, preferred
