Meet the Founder
Born in the Bronx, NY, Juliet O’Halloran has over 20 years of experience in management and recruitment across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. Juliet founded Savvy Global in 2009 after relocating to Hong Kong from London. While there, she successfully grew Savvy Global from a small startup into an independent talent consultancy operating across four continents. Juliet’s deep respect for talent, clients, and community, coupled with her keen understanding of industry trends, has driven this growth.
Today, Savvy’s clientele ranges from dynamic startups to multinational organizations. Juliet has recruited across diverse sectors, including Architecture, Interiors, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Tech, Innovation, Web3, AI, Digital, UX/UI, Graphics, Media, Marketing, PR, and Fashion. When she’s not connecting talented professionals with innovative brands, Juliet enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and visiting family, clients, and friends all over the world.
